With tonnes of shrimp, anchovies, chilli, garlic and shallots, we've developed a rich flavourful seafoody (who knows if that's a word) taste to add a complex and amazing flavour to your dishes.

Don't know what to try this on? We usually love to use this as a cooking ingredient for XO fried rice, mince dishes, eggs, pasta, noodles... the list goes on. But we also love to use this as a condiment on eggs, rice, pasta, pizza, burgers, tacos, and pretty much anything you'd want to spice up and add a beautiful complex flavour profile to.
