Ingredients

3 Eggs

2 tsp Saucier Foods Chilli Crisps

2 tbsp Kewpie Mayo

pinch of Salt
-
pinch of Pepper
-
pinch of chopped Parsley
Directions
Place your eggs in a small pot and fill with water to cover the eggs
Place pot on the stove and turn on the heat
Bring to a rolling boil and set a timer for 7 minutes as soon as the water bubbles
Once your 7 minutes are up, remove the eggs and place in an ice bath to quickly cool down
Once your 7 minutes are up, remove the eggs and place in an ice bath to quickly cool down
Once cool, peel your eggs
Carefully slide each egg in half length-wise, remove the egg yolk and set aside
In a separate bowl, place your egg yolks, Saucier Foods Chilli Crisps, Mayo, Salt and Pepper. Mash the egg yolks and stir to combine well
Place your egg yolk mixture in a pipping bag and pipe the egg yolk mixture into each egg white half or if you don't have a pipping bag, just use a teaspoon to place the mixture into each egg white half
Sprinkle with Parsley and a little more Saucier Foods Chilli Crips oil and it is ready to enjoy!
